All of our items are made to order. Please allow 3-5 Business days for us to print and prepare items for postage.
Due to the customised nature of our products - we are unable to offer a return or refund for change of mind.
We carefully check all of our products for any issues before going out - but if you think that your product is faulty, please send photos and a quick email to hello@zuusigns.com.au of what is wrong with the item so we can replace the damaged part or refund. Items will need to be sent back to us in unused condition and in original packaging to process the refund. Items will need to be returned within 14 days of receipt of item.
Purchaser is liable for any return shipping costs.
